Our Global Collaborative Residency Program provides customized, ongoing support tailored to each school's unique goals, context, and timeline. Whether delivered over one year or several, residencies offer strategic planning, program design, leadership development, and embedded professional learning that translates vision into practice. Available both onsite and virtually, residencies create deep, meaningful opportunities for growth for educators, school leaders, and entire learning communities.

The challenges of recent years reinforced what we have always known: learning extends far beyond the walls of a school building. While virtual collaboration has long been a component of our residency model, we expanded our offerings to include dynamic online planning, curriculum design, resource development, coaching, and customized professional learning experiences. Today, we provide flexible virtual support ranging from comprehensive residencies to focused, "byte-sized" professional development sessions designed to meet the evolving needs of schools and organizations.

In response to the needs of our partner schools, we have also developed a suite of virtual workshops for early years educators and leaders, along with customizable family engagement resources that help schools communicate the value of playful inquiry and innovative learning approaches to parents and caregivers.
